1. Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order for free within 24 hours of placing it, provided the item has not yet shipped. Once your order enters the shipping process, it can no longer be canceled. Please contact our customer service team for assistance.
2. Return/Exchange Window

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

All Other Returns/Exchanges: You may submit a request within 14 days from the date your order is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.
Requests submitted after these timeframes cannot be accepted. Thank you for your understanding.
3. How to Request a Return or Exchange
Click the “Customer Service” icon in the lower-right corner of the website to contact our support team. Please have the following ready:

A description and clear photos of the issue (e.g., photos of the defect, the item's tags, and the packaging)
After review, our agent will provide you with the return address and instructions.
4. Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet all of the following conditions to ensure they can be resold:

Unused: No signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage.

Tags Attached: All original tags and labels (e.g., price tag, security tag) are intact.

Original Packaging: The original packaging (e.g., dust bag, gift box) is included and undamaged.

In Original Condition: Free of stains, odors, or any other changes.
Returns that do not meet these criteria may be refused. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a fair process for all customers.
5. The Process
For Returns:

Contact Customer Service → 2. Provide info & photos → 3. Receive approval & return address → 4. Ship the item back (you are responsible for shipping costs) → 5. Receive refund after we inspect the item.
For Exchanges:

Contact Customer Service → 2. Specify the new size/color → 3. We confirm availability and ship the new item; if unavailable, we will work with you on an alternative (e.g., a refund).
6. Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 3 business days. The timing for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method:

Credit/Debit Card: Refunds will be issued to your original card within 7-10 business days (depending on your bank).

PayPal: Refunds will be credited to your PayPal account within 48 hours of processing.
7. Return Shipping & Costs

You are responsible for all costs associated with the return shipment, including international shipping, taxes, and customs fees.

Please choose a shipping method that includes customs clearance services and keep your tracking number.

We do not accept collect or cash-on-delivery shipments.
Important Notes

Non-returnable items: Custom-made products, intimate apparel, final sale clearance items, and accessories are not eligible for return or exchange (this will be clearly marked on the product page).

Important: Please double-check that you are returning the correct item. We are not responsible for returns that contain merchandise not originally shipped by us.
